Anna Keeler has been my farm sitter for several years. During that time
I have found her to be knowledgeable, reliable and responsible.
Her knowledge covers a variety of animals; I have dogs, barn cats,
goats, sheep, pigs, horses and chickens. She is observant and
recognizes unusual or concerning behavior, which often leads to
addressing issues before they become a medical emergency.
Anna shows up as scheduled for chores and completes all tasks as
arranged, even in winter snow storms or summer heat. She is great
with communicating, by email / phone / text if she has questions or if
something unexpected has happened … ie new born lambs, chicken
killing raccoon or just to say everything is fine.
It is a huge relief to know that Anna will be taking care of my farm
when I can’t be here. She is flexible if my plans change and adapts to
my ever changing collection of creatures. In addition to the animals, if I
have plants that needs watering she takes care of that, too. Anna takes
her responsibility seriously and has always gone above and beyond my
expectations.
